Service Description
We offer studio visits for those considering a pottery experience or membership at Studio Soil. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to explore our studio, learn about the types of pottery you can create, and find out more about our classes, membership plans, and pricing. Visits take approximately 20 minutes and are free of charge. As visits are arranged outside of teaching hours, advance booking requests are required. Please submit your preferred date and time. Once we have checked our availability, we will contact you to confirm your booking. Whether you’re completely new to pottery or simply want to get a feel for the studio before deciding, you’re always welcome to visit.
Cancellation Policy
Changes and Cancellations You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your scheduled pottery session. Changes and cancellations can be made directly through the link in your booking confirmation email up to 3 days before your session. Cancellation Fees · 3 or more days before your session: Free of charge · 1–2 days before your session: 50% of the session fee · Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the session fee Online changes and cancellations are not available within 2 days of your scheduled session. Please contact Studio Soil directly if you need to make any changes or cancel your booking during this period. Refunds If you have paid online in advance, we will process any applicable refund within 3 business days after confirming your cancellation. Please note that the refund method and the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and card provider.
