Customers who use Ceramic studio Soil are deemed to have agreed to these terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
[ About works ]
・The pieces at our studio are handmade, so there will be individual differences in shape, size, color, and finish of them.
- Due to the characteristics of the firing process and glaze, distortion, shrinkage, uneven color, glaze dripping, small cracks and pinholes may occur, but please understand that these are part of the ceramic art.
[ About firing and delivery of works ]
・The class fee includes one piece of work, including firing costs.
・For the second or subsequent piece, firing and processing fees will be charged separately according to the size.
・The estimated time until firing is complete is approximately 4-8 weeks, but this may vary depending on the condition of the kiln, etc.
[ Shipping Information ]
If you would like to have your item delivered, we will ship it using the method specified by our studio.
- Any damage that occurs during delivery will be handled in accordance with the regulations of the delivery service to which our studio is subscribed.
[ Prohibited matters ]
- Nuisance to other customers and staff
- Any act that causes serious damage to facilities, artworks, or equipment.
・Failing to follow instructions from staff
If any of the above applies, the experience may be cancelled.
[ Disclaimer ]
・The studio cannot be held responsible for minor injuries or stains on clothing that occur during the experience.
・The experience may be cancelled due to natural disasters, equipment problems, etc.
